• Services provided: I offer online or in-person counselling sessions. Please email me at karla@harapiakcounselling.com to set up an appointment.  

 

• Session Fee: My current fees are $150 for an individual session or $180 for a couples session. Sessions are approximately 50 minutes. Fees may be paid in cash, PayPal or e-transfer within 24 hours of your booked appointment. ​​

• Insurance Coverage:  I am unable to provide direct billing. However, reimbursement is available under a variety of benefit plans and I will provide a receipt for the session. Please inform your insurance company that I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MA).

• Cancellations or Rescheduling:  Please email a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you would like to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged for the missed session.
